Join us for our signature fundraising event at Rolling Green Country Club. Enjoy a delicious dinner and open bar, and a celebration of the 2017-2018 Season with performances from Metropolis School of the Performing Arts students and faculty. The evening will be hosted by celebrity Emcee Howard Sudberry and Michael Ingersoll will act as auctioneer. We'll also have plenty of fabulous items up for bid in our live and silent auctions. The Gala will feature a cash raffle for the chance to win $2,500, tickets can be purchased in advance and winner need not be present to win. There will also be a jewelry raffle with a custom designed ring donated by Kezwick Jewelers as the prize, tickets are $20 and available at Gala, winner must be present to win.
Proceeds will benefit Metropolis' theatrical and arts education programs.

2017 Metropolis Gala Raffle Rules:
Entry purchaser, and anyone to whom an entry purchaser legally transfers an entry, must be an individual 21 years or older at time of entry purchase. Only one (1) individual may be identified as the purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entries may be purchased via the Internet, mail or at the Metropolis box office, or at the Metropolis Gala. Metropolis Performing Arts Centre Gala Raffle ("Raffle") is conducted in English. Ticket confirmation number(s) will be emailed/ or mailed to all purchasers at the email/ mailing address provided during the purchase. All email/ mailing communications, including the email ticket purchase confirmation, will be sent to the email/mailing address supplied during the purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid, deliverable mailing address and/or email address to Metropolis Performing Arts Centre, (MPAC). Metropolis Performing Arts Centre (MPAC) and its agents, Board, vendors, volunteers and members assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, undelivered entries or entries without proper payment received, which entries shall be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified. By entering the Raffle, the entry purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of, and agrees to abide by, the Official Raffle rules and regulations of Metropolis Performing Arts Centre Gala 2017 Raffle.. No more than 250 MPAC Gala 2017 Raffle tickets will be sold. MPAC reserves the right to accept or reject any raffle entry, modify or extend prize drawing deadlines, and/or add additional prizes or drawings at any time, in their sole discretion.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for ticket or Raffle entry cancellations must be made by 11:59 a.m. (CST) at least three (3) business days prior to date of the drawing for which the ticket(s) in question is/are eligible for. Furthermore, all purchases of Raffle entries are non-refundable after the noon deadline posted above.

The winning raffle prize number for the MPAC Gala Raffle will be announced on April 29, 2017 at the Metropolis Gala Fundraiser, to be held at Rolling Green Country Club in Arlington Heights Illinois 60005. All off site entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (CST) on April 28th 2017, or until 250 tickets are sold, or whichever comes first, to be eligible for this drawing.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winner will be notified in writing or by phone of the prize won and any requisite procedure to claim the prize. The MPAC Gala raffle winner shall have 7 calendar days from notification of winning, to inform MPAC of their acceptance of the cash prize. If the selected winner is unable to be contacted or located after a period of four (4) months from the draw date of the MPAC Gala Raffle drawing, the prize or its cash equivalent will be deemed to have been donated to MPAC for use by their charitable foundation. The winner, by entering, authorizes MPAC to publish their name and likeness on the website and for it to be used in other promotional materials by MPAC. In the event of a winning entry having more than one name, MPAC will award the prize to the first name listed on the entry. Records of MPAC shall be deemed correct if there is any discrepancy. MPAC is not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise from different individuals listed on a valid Raffle certificate. Prize may not be transferred.
WAIVER/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Entry purchasers, by participating (and the Raffle winner, by accepting a prize) release Metropolis Performing Arts Centre,(MPAC)., and its respective board, committee members, volunteers, partners, vendors, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising, public relations, direct marketing and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representations, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. Any liability of MPAC shall be limited to ticket price paid and in the case of any dispute; MPAC’s decision shall be final. MPAC reserves the right to modify or amend the Official Raffle Rules without notice at any time.
